FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for suppressing dust and gas emissions in a quarry includes a water tank installed on a quarry dump truck, equipped with taps, as well as a water distributor with devices for air irrigation located on the dump truck, a pump, a pipeline for moving water from the tank to the distributor under force in the pump, and filters for water purification. The water tank is installed on the deck of the dump truck, the water distributor is located on the outer side and rear surfaces of the platform, and the air irrigation devices are made in the form of nozzles designed to create a cloud of sprayed water surrounding the dump truck from the sides and the rear.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and safety of operation of the device.
