FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for suppression of dust and dust emissions in open pit and can be used in vehicles transporting rock mass on ore, non-metallic and coal pits. Proposed vehicle comprises basic chassis, water tank, pipelines with water spray nozzles and pneumatic distributor. Water reservoir is located on vehicle roof and is equipped with valves, one of which serves for complete water discharge from container, and the other one – to communicate with the pneumatic distributor pump through the pipeline passing through the rear wall and the body bottom, where at the intersection with the body turning axis it is connected by means of a coupling with a flexible hose, providing the pump path during the body lifting and lowering relative to the vehicle chassis. Besides, the pipeline is equipped with a cleaning filter fixed to the rear wall of the body, and nozzles-water sprayers are located on the front and rear racks of the chassis and interact with the pump of the pneumatic valve.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of dust and gas suppression due to constant uniform spraying of liquid during movement of vehicle during transportation of rock mass.
