FIELD: diffraction gratings.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used in serial production of copies of diffraction gratings. The method includes applying a separating layer, the first layer of a reflective coating made of aluminum, and an adhesive layer on a grating-matrix in vacuum, applying a polymer composition to the reflective coating, pressing the substrate, on the working surface of which the adhesive layer is preliminarily applied, to the polymer composition, holding up to complete curing of the polymer composition, which results in the formation of a replicated surface of the manufactured copy, separation of the finished copy of the reflective diffraction grating from the grating-matrix. Before applying the polymer composition, a second layer 0.7-0.9 µm thick is applied to the first layer of the reflective coating, made of aluminum with a high purity of the material with an aluminum content of 99.95-99.995%. The first layer of the reflective coating is made of 0.1-0.15 µm thick aluminum with a high purity material with an aluminum content of 99.999%.
EFFECT: increase in the reflection coefficient and a decrease in light scattering in the ultraviolet wavelength region.
