FIELD: power electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a transmitting device for use as part of a hydroacoustic log of the ultrasonic frequency range. The technical result is to ensure the use of a power amplifier in the mode of a highly efficient voltage generator with dynamic limitation of the output current and control of the power supply voltage to eliminate overload. This result is achieved by the fact that the hydroacoustic log transmitting device additionally includes a high-frequency current sensor, a resonant filter, a current feedback circuit, an amplitude detector and a phase-pulse converter, and the power amplifier is made of a high-frequency two-channel switching amplifier, the output of which is connected through a high-frequency current sensor and a resonant filter with a load bus, and the first and second inputs with the first and second outputs of a phase-pulse converter, the control input of which is connected to the synchronization bus, and the correction input is connected to another correction input of the pulse-width converter and the output of the amplitude detector connected by the input through the reverse circuit current connection to the output of the high-frequency current sensor.
EFFECT: ensuring the use of a power amplifier in the mode of a highly efficient voltage generator with dynamic limitation of the output current and control of the power supply voltage to eliminate overload.
