FIELD: condensing heat exchangers.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to design of casing of condensing heat exchangers. The condensation heat exchanger contains at least one tube wound in form of a spiral, inside which a heated fluid can pass, a reflector, a casing within which the tube is installed. The casing is equipped with a gas outlet pipe, a bottom and a front part on which means for supplying and/or producing hot gas inside the casing are installed. In the heat exchanger, the specified casing contains: a tubular shell, closed at its two ends by a front part and a bottom. The bottom is made of composite plastic material. The rear edge of the tubular shell has a plurality of fastening tabs. The bottom has on its periphery a plurality of fastening slots located along at least part of its circumference, with the first longitudinal rib extending along each fastening slot in the longitudinal direction and protruding outward. Each fastening tab is inserted into a fastening slot and is folded twice around said first rib.
EFFECT: limiting the total number of parts of the condensation heat exchanger, simplifying the assembly of these parts and eliminating axial stress, the reliability of the heat exchanger, the casing of which does not deform.
