SUBSTANCE: flat spring of a connecting terminal with automatic clamping contains: a fastening branch, a main through slot extending to the free edge of the flat spring, the main slot containing a narrow section, two connecting tabs connected to each other by a fastening branch and separated by the main slot, while both connecting tabs contain a narrow ledge along said narrow section, each narrow ledge contains an outer end and an inner end, and the free edge is closer to the outer end than to the inner end, as well as a puncheon. In this case, the gap between the outer ends of the two narrow sides is greater than the gap between the inner ends of the two narrow sides.
EFFECT: reduction of risk of contact between the two connecting tabs when inserting or removing the wire.
