SUBSTANCE: providing the required temperature conditions for elements of radio electronic equipment (REE). In the main heat exchanger relative to the lower surface there are recesses under the area of placement of two additional TEB sections, the height of which is 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its side part, while in the recesses, due to the fasteners, additional fan units are installed, powered by an electric power source, and the main fan unit, powered by the same electric power source, with the help of fasteners, is installed on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger, located between the recesses, having non-through cylindrical holes made in-line.

EFFECT: increasing the cooling efficiency of the REE element by a thermoelectric device by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections by means of the main heat exchanger due to the organization of forced air heat removal.
