SUBSTANCE: providing the required temperature conditions for elements of radio electronic equipment (REE). Increasing the efficiency of heat removal from a REE element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections through the main heat exchanger when organizing forced air heat removal from it is a technical result, which is achieved by making recesses on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger under the placement area two additional sections of fuel and fuel cells, the height of which is 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its side part, while in the recesses, due to fastening devices, additional fan units are installed, powered from a source of electrical energy. The main fan unit, powered by the same source of electrical energy, is installed using fastening devices on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger between the recesses, and this surface has blind cylindrical holes located in a corridor order. In addition, an additional heat exchanger filled with a melting working substance is in contact with the heat-absorbing junctions of the additional sections of the thermopile and the fuel element of the REE; a temperature sensor is installed on the REE and is electrically connected to the temperature controller, the output of the latter is electrically connected to the main and additional sections of the TEB.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from a REE element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections.
