FIELD: scraper systems.

SUBSTANCE: scraper system includes a system carrier (24) and a scraper module (26, 126) installed on the system carrier (24) with a scraper element (42) for contact with the conveyor belt (12). For installation, testing or maintenance purposes, a mount (20) is provided for the system carrier (24) with an installation element (28) for fixed placement relative to the conveyor belt frame (16), a holding element (30) for placing the system carrier (24) on the installation element (28) and a support element (80) on the installation element (28). The holding element (30) is connected to the system carrier (24) by a tension system (50), so that the system carrier (24) can be loaded with a torque about its longitudinal axis. The holding element (30) is detachably connected to the installation element (28). In the operating position, the holding element (30) is connected to the mounting element (28), so that the system carrier (24) is held by the holding element (30) on the mounting element (28). In the installation position, the holding element (30) is disconnected from the mounting element (28). The system carrier (24) with the scraper module (26, 126) and the holding element (30) can be extended in the longitudinal direction of the system carrier (24) into an extended position in such a way that when the system carrier (24) is extended, the scraper module (26, 126) passes by the adjusting element (28). In the extended position, the support element (80) supports the system carrier (24).

EFFECT: easy access to parts of the scraping system during installation, testing or maintenance.
