FIELD: engineering.

SUBSTANCE: scraping system for belt conveyors is composed of an adjustable and set with springing system holder going across the direction of the belt conveyor wherein one or several scraping units (2) made of elastomer fixed on said holder allowing for replacement thereof. System holder (3) is hung by holder fixture on both sides of the unloading drum (1) allowing for rotation around the rotation axis (5) of the holder, wherein a spring device is used to apply set torque to the rotation axis (5) of the holder, which is directed against the rotation direction of the unloading drum (1), and the rotation axis (5) of the holder allows rotation of the system holder at such angle that deviation movement of the system holder with its scraping units (3) can be performed. The spring device is composed of a setting spring (26), amortization spring (27) connected to it and a spring pin (33) made in form of a tie bar which connects both springs (26, 27) with the holder fixture. The spring pin (33) has an appendage which activates the amortization spring (27) only in case if the setting spring (26) has traveled the set path of the spring.

EFFECT: service life of the system is increased.
