FIELD: machine tool building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for working area dust removal in the equipment that provides visual control of the process in the processing area. The dust extraction system includes a dust intake, a dust extraction socket in the form of a box-shaped structure of variable section, a flexible dust extraction sleeve and an aspiration system. The dust collector is a closed thin-walled shell with open ends, one of which faces the area of contact between the workpiece and the processing tool, and the second - to protective glass lighting systems. A slotted hole is made on the wall of the dust collector, elongated along its axis and docked with the inlet of the corresponding shape. Illumination system, optical control and dust collector are on the same axis. The dust collector covers the entire field of view of the lens of the optical visual control system so that the main dust flow enters its internal space.
EFFECT: efficiency of dust collection increases while reducing the negative impact on the protective glass of the lighting system, also mutual damage to the machine and dust collector components in the event of a collision is prevented.
