The post includes an insert coupled to a hollow fibre composite structure, such as a hollow fibrous polymer composite structure. The hollow structure engages with the recess of the insert. The outer region of the hollow fibrous composite material structure also has a recess, and the recess is filled with a fibrous composite material shell, such as a fibrous polymer composite material shell. The internal region of the hollow fibrous composite material structure has a core attached in at least one subregion.
EFFECT: invention improves the mechanical properties of products.
