FIELD: construction structures.

SUBSTANCE: intended for use in scaffolding systems, various formwork systems, structures of quickly erected facilities and other systems as a wedge clamp, wherein high wear resistance and reliability of the unit due to uniform load distribution are important. The wedge fastening unit for building structures contains a flat element with a shaped window formed by a central hole for a pillar of a building structure and pairs of diametrically opposite symmetrical peripheral holes, each of which is connected by a radial transition section to the central hole, and also inserted into a peripheral hole of a flat element and a body supported on the surface of the latter by side stops, made with an expanded upper and narrowed lower end, facing the rack with its concave side, having on the convex side a protrusion for mating with the crossbar of the structure and a divergent groove for installing a fixing wedge, made in a stepped with a transverse inclined slot installed on the edge of the peripheral hole, and wedged between the stand, a flat element and the body, while the concave side of the body is made fractured with flat platforms protruding along the edges, as well as with inclined and recessed platforms with a radius groove recessed between them, and the convex side is made of broken straight sections with different inclinations and with an intermittent groove of variable depth along the edges, made with an inclination of each of its walls 6°, and in the upper part of the body the angle between the flat surfaces of the concave and convex sides is made equal to 13°, in the middle part - 12°, and in the lower part - 21.5°; each peripheral hole of the flat element is made with a middle edge radial section, with the ends of the arc of which smoothly rounded side sections are symmetrically associated, converging to a transition section made in the form of a slot with parallel flat sides.

EFFECT: increased strength and resistance to external loads.
