FIELD: building structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in scaffolding systems, various formwork systems, structures of quickly erected structures and other systems as a wedge clamp, where high wear resistance and reliability of the unit due to uniform load distribution are important. The technical result is achieved in that the wedge mounting unit for building structures contains a flange with flat surfaces, with a central hole for the rack of the building structure and with peripheral shaped alternating holes located diametrically opposite along the circumference along the outer edge of the flange, made with the possibility of installing a wedge fixing the unit and with the possibility of connection with the diagonal ties of the building structure, as well as a multifaceted body installed at the edge of the peripheral hole and supported on the surface of the flange, having outer side edges and end surfaces located on opposite sides for mating with the rack and with the crossbar of the building structure, and made with a through longitudinal groove for mating with a wedge inserted into the peripheral hole of the flange, while the body on the side of the end surface of the mating with the stand is made with an installation transverse groove with flat sides, made with a depth selected from the condition of ensuring its installation on the flat surfaces of the flange from the outer edge of the latter, on the end surface of the body, for mating with the crossbar of the building structure, bevels and guide protrusions are made, the flange is made with shaped holes for installing a wedge, each having two radial and arcuate sides, alternating with shaped holes for connecting to the diagonal ligaments of the building structure, each having two convexly curved lateral sides and two arcuate sides, the wedge is made in the form of a part of a trapezoidal prism, with rounded mates of the lateral sides with its larger base, and a partial ring element made integral with its smaller base.
EFFECT: increase of strength and resistance of the connection as a whole to external loads due to the improved geometry of the parts.
