FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: production of sheets of anisotropic electrical steel. A method for producing an anisotropic electrical steel sheet includes a hot rolling process for heating and hot rolling a slab having a slab composition containing, by wt.%: C: 0.02 or more and 0.10 or less, Si: 2.5 or more and 4.5 or less, Mn: 0.01 or more and 0.30 or less, the total amount of one or both of S and Se: 0.001 or more and 0.050 or less, acid soluble Al: 0.01 or more and 0.05 or less, N: 0.002 or more and 0.020 or less, P: 0.0400% or less, Cu: 0.05 or more and 0.50 or less, optionally one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Sn: 0.50% or less, Cr: 0.500% or less, Bi: 0.0200% or less, Sb: 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.500 or less and Ni: 0.500 or less, with the remainder of Fe and impurities to produce hot-rolled steel sheet, the process of immersing the hot-rolled steel sheet in a pickling solution or annealing a hot-rolled steel sheet to obtain an annealed hot-rolled sheet, and then immersing the annealed hot-rolled sheet in a pickling solution to obtain a pickled sheet , a cold rolling process for obtaining a cold-rolled steel sheet, a primary recrystallization annealing process for obtaining a primary recrystallization annealed sheet, a process for applying an annealing separator containing MgO to the surface of a primary recrystallization annealing sheet and performing finishing annealing to obtain a finish annealed sheet, and a process for applying an insulating coating. solution and levelling annealing to obtain an insulating coating on the surface of the finished annealed sheet. The pickling solution contains Cu in an amount of 0.0001 g/L or more and 5.00 g/L or less, the thickness of the cold-rolled steel sheet is 0.15 mm or more and 0.23 mm or less. The primary recrystallization annealing process includes a temperature increase to the decarburization annealing temperature and a decarburization annealing process, with an average temperature increase rate in the temperature range of 30 to 400°C during the temperature rise is more than 50°C/s and 1000°C/s or less.
EFFECT: anisotropic electrical steel sheet has improved magnetic characteristics.
