FIELD: cogeneration turbines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the simultaneous production of fresh water and electricity. It is achieved by a cogeneration turbine for energy supply and seawater desalination, containing an open cycle gas turbine and a closed cycle gas-air turbine for energy supply and seawater desalination, in which hot gases removed from the open cycle gas turbine are sent for use in heat exchangers (B2 and B3) of a closed cycle gas-air turbine as a heat source for adding air to the closed cycle gas-air turbine. After leaving the turbine (B4), the hot air enters the heat exchangers (B6 and B8) to be cooled in these heat exchangers (B6 and B8) by sea water. The seawater evaporates and becomes steam, which is sent to the heat exchanger (B7) to be cooled by the seawater to condense it and form fresh water. The air cooled in the heat exchangers (B6 and B8) is directed to the compressor (B1) to complete the closed cycle gas-air turbine. The hot gases produced by the open cycle gas turbine are directed to be used in a heat exchanger (B2) to supply the heat required for the air of the closed cycle gas turbine. Moreover, the heat exchanger (B2) is an insulated chamber containing a plurality of pipes, each pipe contains hot gases, passes from the open cycle gas turbine through the heat exchanger chamber (B2) and exits into the heat exchanger (B3). Also, the air passes from the heat exchanger (B3) to the pipes of the heat exchanger chamber (B2) inside the copper coil tube inside each pipe and then exits in the form of hot compressed air going to the turbine (B4).

EFFECT: simultaneous production of fresh water and electricity.
