Functional cookies from fruit-multigrain raw materials, including wheat flour, oat flour, water, additionally contains corn flour, rye flour, chicken egg, sugar, dried apricots, candied fruits, salt, baking powder, vitamin complex "DSM" containing vitamins A, D3, E, at the following initial components ratio, kg: oat flour – 180, dried apricots – 180, candied fruits – 180, wheat flour – 170, chicken egg – 70, sugar – 60, corn flour – 50, rye flour – 50, water – 50, salt – 5, baking powder – 5, vitamin complex "DSM" – 2.
EFFECT: reduction of fat content, as well as due to introduction of multigrain raw materials, fruit raw materials and vitamin complex into the formula – increase of biological value of the product.
