FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of radio electronic apparatus (REA), used to provide the required temperature conditions of REA. In the main heat exchanger, which is designed as an evaporative heat removal, non-through cylindrical holes are made in the vertical direction in-line, having a depth equal to 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its center, while on the lower surface, using fasteners, a fan unit is installed, powered from a source of electrical energy, operating to blow air into cylindrical holes. The thermoelectric device also contains an additional heat exchanger, made in the form of a hollow all-metal container filled with a melting working substance with high heat capacity, and also a temperature sensor is installed in contact with the REA, the output of which is electrically connected to the input of the temperature controller, the output of the latter is electrically connected to the main and additional sections of TEB.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REA element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections through the main heat exchanger by organizing forced air heat removal from it.
