FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a thermoelectric device for removing heat from radioelectronic equipment (REE) elements, containing a thermoelectric battery (TEB) electrically connected to a temperature controller to ensure the required temperature conditions of the REE elements. Non-through cylindrical holes are made in the main heat exchanger in a checkerboard pattern, having a depth equal to 3 of the height of the main heat exchanger in its centre, while on the lower surface with the help of fasteners a fan unit is installed, powered by an electric power source, working to blow air into the cylindrical holes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REE element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of sections of the TEB through the main heat exchanger due to the organization of forced air heat removal from it.
