Each injection device and training injection device may include the following: a body portion; an actuator located towards the proximal end of the body portion, the actuator being movable from a proximal position to a distal position; a cap located towards the distal end of the body portion, the cap being movable between: a home position; an abducted position, which is more proximal relative to the body portion than in the original position; and an extended position that is more distal to the body portion than the original position; and a latch rotatably between a first orientation in which the latch resists movement of the actuator from a proximal position to a distal position, and a second orientation in which the latch allows the actuator to move from a proximal position to a distal position.
