FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composition for a phleboprotector and a method of its preparation. A composition for phleboprotector obtained by micronization of a complex of bioflavonoids of defatted sea buckthorn meal to a particle size of 1.4 μm, contains rutin, narcissin, myricetin, kaempferol, quercetin and isorhamnetin in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 0.1 of rutin, 0.3 of narcissin, 0.3 of myricetin, 0.8 of kaempferol, 34.3 of quercetin, 64.2 of isorhamnetin. The method of obtaining the above composition for a phleboprotector includes micronization of a 0.5% aqueous suspension of a complex of bioflavonoids of defatted sea buckthorn meal, while micronization is carried out by ultrasonic action with a frequency of 22±1.65 kHz, intensity of 15 W/cm2, acoustic power of 135±5 W at 40°C, for 10 min, followed by separation of the solid fraction by centrifugation.
EFFECT: above group of inventions makes it possible to expand the raw material base for the production of a solid dosage form of an effective domestic phleboprotector, as well as to ensure the production of a composition for a phleboprotector from an available raw material source in a highly efficient simple way.
