FIELD: flavonoids.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining the amount of flavonoids from cultivated plant raw materials, in which the plant raw materials are used in the phenological phase of the plant's vegetation - fruit setting, the plant raw materials are crushed to a linear size of 0.5 mm, extraction for 10 minutes is carried out with ethyl alcohol 70% at the ratio of raw materials: 1 portion of ethyl alcohol 1 g: 15 ml, while extraction is carried out by keeping the flask with raw materials and extractant in an ultrasonic bath at an ultrasonic frequency of 30 kHz at a temperature of 80°C; the plant material is separated by filtering the sediment, the filter with the sediment is dried at a temperature of 55±5°C to constant weight, after which extraction and filtration are repeated three times, and drying the filter with the sediment twice, four portions of the resulting extract are combined, the solvent is removed by vacuum distillation in an evaporator at a vacuum of 10-30 mmHg, and then the resulting precipitate the amount of flavonoids after distilling off the solvent is dried at a temperature of 55±5°C to constant weight.
EFFECT: extraction of the amount of flavonoids with a purity of 98.0±0.8% from cultivated plant raw materials in the phenological phase of the plant's vegetation - fruit setting, namely from the leaves of sea buckthorn, with a reduction in extraction time and an increase in the yield of the target product to 1.8% of flavonoids in terms of luteolin in absolutely dry raw materials, significant reduction of the consumption of extractant (ethyl alcohol) per unit mass of raw materials, in the absence of the use of hazardous and toxic substances, as well as specific enzyme preparations.
