FIELD: gas equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas supply with compressed natural gas (CNG), gas-cylinder equipment operating on this type of fuel. A mobile gas filling unit for filling gas cylinders of a vehicle with compressed natural gas, consisting of gas cylinders mounted on a trailer or semi-trailer of a vehicle, combined into several groups and connected via pipelines to a gas distribution unit, comprises an ejector unit, as well as a shut-off and distribution system for supplying gas, which allows to sequentially use each group of gas cylinders of a gas filling unit when refuelling. Gas cylinders of the gas filling unit designed for an operating pressure of 32 MPa are combined into three groups with equal volumes; in addition, the pipelines of the first and second groups are equipped with check valves. The installed ejector allows the most complete use of the gas contained in the gas cylinders of the gas filling unit of the first and second groups, through the simultaneous use of different groups of gas cylinders, namely 1 and 2 groups, and then 1, 2 groups with the 3rd group when refuelling gas cylinders of vehicles. The unit comprises a three-way valve, a control pressure gauge that measures the pressure in the gas cylinders of the vehicle, and a pressure regulator with feedback that stops the supply of gas to the vehicle cylinders.

EFFECT: simplified design of a mobile gas refuelling unit, as well as a possibility of increasing the degree of use of gas contained in gas cylinders when refuelling vehicles.
