FIELD: steel processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a system for treating a mixed acid solution formed, in particular, during processing of stainless-steel strip. The system contains a filtration device, a washing device connected to the filtration device, a recovery device connected to the filtration device, a neutralization device connected to the filtration device, a flocculation device connected to the filtration device, a pressing device connected to the filtration device. The filtration device includes at least one pump and receives the waste mixed acid solution and filters it. As a result, sludge and filtrate are formed. The filtrate is collected and fed into a stainless-steel strip pickling system for reuse. The washing device supplies washing liquid to the filtration device using any of the pumps. The washing device contains a washing tank for containing the washing liquid, a measuring device in the washing tank and a washing pipeline connecting the washing tank with the filtration device. The washing device washes the sludge with washing liquid. Once a certain concentration is reached, the washing liquid is collected and fed into a stainless-steel strip pickling system for reuse. The recovery device supplies the reducing agent to the filtration device using any of the pumps. The recovery device contains a recovery tank for containing a recovering agent, a measuring device in the recovery tank and a recovery pipeline connecting the recovery tank to the filtration device. The recovering agent is used for sludge. The neutralization device supplies the neutralizing agent to the filtration device using any of the pumps. The neutralization device contains a neutralization tank for containing a neutralizing agent, a measuring device in the tank and a neutralization pipeline connecting the neutralization tank to the filtration device. A neutralizing agent is used to neutralize the sludge. The flocculation device supplies the flocculant to the filtration device using any of the pumps. The flocculation device contains a tank for a flocculant, a measuring device in the tank and a flocculation pipeline connecting the flocculant tank to the filtration device.
EFFECT: increasing the resource utilization rate, eliminating system clogging, the ability to recover free acid and reuse it in the pickling system.
