SUBSTANCE: disposable wearable article including a top sheet 30 including a skin contact portion that is in contact with the skin of the wearer, wherein the top sheet 30 is a perforated non-woven material having a hole arrangement area in in which the holes 14 extending through the front surface of the perforated nonwoven material and the rear surface thereof are arranged in a predetermined pattern, the skin contact portion has a liquid containing zone 32 which contains a hydrophilic skin care liquid, a hole location zone and an overlap zone 33, in which the liquid containing region 32 and the hole pattern overlap each other, and the top sheet 30 at least in the entire hole pattern provided in the top sheet is attached to an intermediate sheet 40 or the like located on the rear surface side of the top sheet 30, by means of hydrophobic hot melt adhesive 31.

EFFECT: in a disposable wearable article provided with a top sheet formed of a perforated non-woven material containing a skin care agent, the visibility through the holes of the perforated non-woven material is prevented from deteriorating.
