FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: process equipment in the form of devices and loading and unloading devices. The cartridge contains a body with a hole and three grooves, a pusher in the form of three sectors, three guides with wedge parts, a sleeve with longitudinal grooves, a centring belt, a neck and a central hole, a collet with three petals and an outer cone on the petals, a drive with a rod, a spherical support , mounted on a rod, and a three-arm lever with a conical hole. Each sector has a socket, an internal conical surface and side planes. Guides are fixed to the body with their wedge parts entering the hole in the body. The sectors are located in the housing hole and are coupled by lateral planes to the wedge parts of the guides with the ability to move along the axis of the hole. The sleeve is installed with a centring belt in the housing hole. The rod is located between the sectors and is connected to the central hole with the possibility of its axial movement. The collet is attached to the neck of the sleeve. The three-arm lever is mounted on a spherical support with the ability to rotate around two coordinate axes. The arms of the three-arm lever are made and located in longitudinal grooves with their ends placed in the sockets of the sectors.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of reinstalling a thin-walled workpiece is achieved.
