SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparing drinks with additional ingredients such as sugar or cinnamon or any other based on the extraction of bulk substances such as ground coffee, crushed tea leaves, chocolate powder and others, and can be used as a vending machine for selling drinks with additional ingredients in a taxi. The device comprises a water tank; blower, water heating device; control unit; water supply control device; a brewing unit including a glass holder having a shape configured to fix the glass with a lid. The device for supplying hot water is made in the form of a piercer comprising needles for piercing the compartments of a multicomponent capsule for drink extracts and additional ingredients, and ensuring water flows through the multicomponent capsule with extracted substances and ingredients into a glass. The piercer is configured to pierce each compartment of the multicomponent capsule with at least one piercing needle corresponding to its compartment of the multicomponent capsule, with each needle configured to pierce only one compartment of the capsule. The control unit is configured to allow the user to select the temperature of the supplied water and the compartments of the multicomponent capsule into which water will be supplied. The water supply control device is configured to supply water to the compartments of the multicomponent capsule selected by the user of the claimed device, whereas the water supply control device is configured to regulate the water temperature. The cooking unit comprises a pressing device configured to press the piercer to the multicomponent capsule. The device can be placed in a housing designed to be rigidly fixed in the vehicle interior, whereas the piercer of the device can be configured to individually regulate the piercing of a multicomponent capsule for each needle by individually lowering the needle or group of needles using an electric, pneumatic or mechanical longitudinal movement actuator.

EFFECT: safe preparation of a drink with additional ingredients in a taxi, including while driving, easy maintenance of the coffee machine, suitability for servicing the flow of passengers in a taxi all year round.
