FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device for removing dust in bunkers for mining raw materials. The device contains dustproof covers and pneumatic transport lines. It also contains a synchronous conveying system with a belt seal and a dust removal device, in which the dust covers and the pneumatic conveying lines are all attached to the unloading vehicle and move synchronously with it. The dust covers are placed above the place where the materials are separated from the conveyor belts and enter the loading hoppers. The pneumatic transport lines are connected to dust covers at one end. The other ends are connected to the gas transport port of the belt seal synchronous conveying system. The belt seal synchronous conveying system contains a gas conveying port, a movable air box, a ventilation duct, ventilation holes, rubber bands, and rollers. The movable air box is made in the form of an inverted U. The air box is mounted with the possibility of movement on the upper surface of the ventilation duct and can move synchronously with the pneumatic conveying lines. The ventilation duct is a structure closed on four sides; ventilation holes are provided on the upper surface of the ventilation duct for communication between the movable air box and the ventilation duct. The distances between the adjacent ventilation holes are less than the length of the movable air box. At least four sets of rollers are located at the front end portion, the rear end portion, and at the upper turning points of the movable air box. The rollers at the front end portion and the rear end portion of the movable air box are located above the rubber bands. The rollers at the upper turning points of the movable air box are located below the rubber bands. The dust covers are equipped with clamping and sealing devices. The pressing and sealing devices include rubber bands and rollers, and at least four sets of rollers are respectively located at the front end portion, the rear end portion, and the upper turning points of the dust covers. The rollers at the front end portion and the rear end portion of the movable air box are located above the rubber bands. The rollers at the top turning points of the dust guards are located below the rubber bands.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of dust removal, improved reliability of the claimed device, and simplified design of the device.
