FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: method for separating the catalysate released after aromatization of butane-butylene fraction together with methane. In the catalysate separator, the flow is divided into the first liquid and the gas flows; the liquid flow is fed into the stabilization column, the gas flow is compressed and fed into the second separator, the second liquid flow exiting from which is also fed into the stabilization column. The gas flow from the said second separator is supplied to the column for deep extraction of residual aromatic hydrocarbons, and the stabilization product is removed from the bottom of the stabilization column. The gas stream from the stabilization column is supplied for cooling and subsequent mixing with the initial catalyst before the first separation into the first liquid and the gas streams. The stabilization product is fed into the second column, in which the xylene fraction is separated from the bottoms, and the gas flow released from the top of the second column, after cooling, is partially fed into the third column, and partially into the second column for reflux. Toluene is isolated in the bottoms of the third column, which is partially supplied as an absorbent to the said column for deep extraction of residual aromatic hydrocarbons, benzene is extracted from plates 2-3 of the third column. The stream from the bottom of the said column for deep recovery of residual aromatic hydrocarbons is recycled for mixing with the stream fed to the stabilization column. The flow from the top of the said column for deep recovery of residual aromatic hydrocarbons is fed to cooling for recovery of residual toluene, which is then recycled for mixing with the original catalysate. The invention also relates to a plant for separating the catalysate.
