FIELD: light hydrocarbon feedstock processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing light hydrocarbon feedstock, which consists in feeding the feedstock containing the butane-butylene fraction as a stream into the first adsorber for drying. The flow of recycled methane is fed into the second adsorber for drying, the said dried flows are mixed and sent to the recuperative heat exchanger for heating and then by flow to the furnace-reactor for carrying out catalytic aromatization. As a heating agent in the recuperative heat exchanger, a catalyzate stream obtained in a reactor furnace is used, which, in turn, is cooled and sent through the said recuperative heat exchanger to a separator to separate the condensed benzene-toluene-xylene fraction and gas stream. The benzene-toluene-xylene fraction obtained in the separator and the compressed gas stream are sent to a fractionation unit, in which benzene, toluene, xylene fraction are separated in the liquid phase, and a hydrogen-containing gas is also obtained, which is then sent to the catalytic destructive hydrogenation unit to produce methane. At the same time, a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, which is a fraction of C3-C4 hydrocarbons, is additionally fed into the catalytic destructive hydrogenation unit, then part of the resulting methane is recycled. The invention also relates to a plant.
EFFECT: obtaining a complex of commercial products, including commercial benzene, toluene, xylene fraction, as well as methane with a maximum depth of processing of raw materials due to the recycling of methane obtained in the process of processing raw materials.
