SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composition and a method of prevention or treatment of carbohydrate and/or fat metabolism disorders in humans or animals. A composition for the prevention or treatment of carbohydrate and/or fat metabolism disorders in humans or animals, containing at least a mixture of molecules containing at least the following: a single extract obtained from a mixture of at least two plants selected from Chrysanthellum indicum, Cynara scolymus, Vaccinium myrtillus, Olea europaea and Piper, and where the mixture of molecules further contains at least one of the following extracts: one Chrysanthellum indicum extract, if the plant mixture of a single extract does not contain Chrysanthellum indicum; one extract of Cynara scolymus, if the plant mixture of a single extract does not contain Cynara scolymus; one extract of Vaccinium myrtillus, if the plant mixture of the single extract does not contain Vaccinium myrtillus; piperine or Piper extract if the single extract plant mixture does not contain Piper; and/or one Olea europaea extract, if the mixture of plants of a single extract does not contain Olea europaea, where the specified mixture of molecules contains the following: at least one of apigenin-7-O-glucuronide, chrysanthellin A, chrysantellin B, caffeic acid, luteolin, maritimethine, eriodictyol, isoocanin, apigenin, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, maritimein, marein, eriodictyol-7-O-glucoside, flavomarein, apigenin-8-C-α -L-arabinoside-6-C-β-D-glucoside (shaftoside), apigenin-6,8-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside (vicenin-2), and at least one of the following: dicaffeoylquinic acid, sulfomonocaffeoylquinic acid, luteolin, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-glucuronide, apigenin-7-O-glucoside, cinaropicrin, and at least one of monocaffeylquinic acid, delphinidin-3-galactoside, delphinidin-3-glucoside, cyanidin-3-galactoside, delphinidin-3-arabinoside, cyanidin-3-glucoside, petunidin-3-galactoside, cyanidin-3-arabinoside , petunidin-3-glucoside, peonidin-3-galactoside, petunidin-3-arabinoside, peonidin-3-glucoside, malvidin-3-galactoside, malvidin-3-glucoside, malvidin-3-arabinoside, and at least piperine, and at least one of oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol; where: a single extract or extract of Chrysanthellum indicum is obtained using the whole plant and/or aerial parts of Chrysanthellum indicum; a single extract or extract of Cynara scolymus is obtained using the whole plant and/or leaves of Cynara scolymus; a single extract or extract of Vaccinium myrtillus is obtained using the whole plant and/or fruit of Vaccinium myrtillus; a single extract or extract of Olea europaea is obtained using the fruits or leaves of Olea europaea; a single extract or Piper extract is prepared using the fruits or leaves of Piper nigrum, Piper aduncum and/or Piper longum; wherein the extracts of Chrysanthellum indicum, Vaccinium myrtillus, Olea europaea and Piper are obtained using a water/ethanol mixture, the extract of Cynara scolymus is obtained using water; where the composition contains such an amount of the corresponding extract that allows the introduction of at least 0.00001 g of Chrysanthellum indicum extract, at least 0.00001 g of Cynara scolymus extract, at least 0.00001 g of Vaccinium myrtillus extract, at least 0.001 mg of piperine and at least 0.00001 g of Olea europaea extract per kg of body weight of the person to whom the composition is administered, per day. A method of prevention or treatment of pathological disorders of carbohydrate and/or fat metabolism in humans or animals, including administering the above-described composition to a person or animal as a food product and/or medicine.
EFFECT: above-described composition and the method of its use exhibit synergism in the prevention or treatment of pathological disorders of carbohydrate and/or fat metabolism in humans or animals.
