FIELD: cooling methods and devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for autonomous cooling of agricultural premises and objects in regions with a hot climate. The absorption refrigeration unit contains a generator-absorber, a condenser-evaporator, a pipeline and a stand. The installation is additionally equipped with a concave parabolic-cylindrical reflector, rigidly mounted on the pipeline above the condenser-evaporator, concave parabolic-cylindrical solar concentrators installed on the pipeline with the possibility of turning around its vertical axis by 180 degrees, fans mounted in the parabolic-cylindrical solar concentrators from the inside, and solar panels built into parabolic cylindrical solar concentrators from the outside. One of the parabolic-cylindrical solar concentrators is located above the absorber generator, the other goes around it from the side and bottom.
EFFECT: using the method will speed up the heat removal from the generator-absorber in discharge mode by 1.5-2 times, which will increase the efficiency of the absorption refrigeration unit during autonomous operation in regions with a hot climate and high insolation.
