SUBSTANCE: valve (10, 10') for hydraulic control of fluid flow, including: a housing (12) containing an inlet hole (14), an outlet hole (14') and a control hole (16); a rotary hollow valve (20) rotatably placed inside said housing (12) and configured to be crossed by a fluid and change the cross-sectional area of the fluid passage inside the valve (10, 10'); wherein said butterfly valve (20) comprises at least one first hole (22') that interacts during rotation with at least one associated second hole (15'), wherein said butterfly valve (20) is configured to be directly actuated manually by rotating the operator's fingers inside the housing (12) beyond its open diametrical surface through said control hole (16) so that when said first hole (22') is rotated relative to said second hole (15'), there is a corresponding change in the cross-sectional area of the passage for fluid in a direction essentially coinciding with the axis (11) of rotation.

EFFECT: invention is intended for use in hydraulic and thermal installations for heating or cooling residential or industrial premises.
