FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tillage rollers. The tillage roller represents a hollow cylinder mounted on a frame and equipped with an axle with vertical disks mounted on the axle. Along the periphery of the vertical disks, springs connecting vertical disks are mounted axially uniformly along the circumference at an equal distance from the axle. The outer edge of the springs is made flush with the edge of the vertical disks. Additional springs are installed inside the springs and adapted for rotation on the bushings. The bushings are installed in the vertical disks and are equipped with sprockets mounted outside the vertical disks, which are engaged with a sprocket coaxially fixed on the frame. Coiling of the springs and the additional springs is made in opposite directions. The distance between the inner surface of the springs and the outer surface of the additional springs does not exceed half the size of the soil lumps specified by agrotechnical requirements.
EFFECT: improved quality of soil compaction and crumbling of soil clods.
