FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tillage rollers. The tillage roller represents a hollow cylinder mounted on frame 1 and equipped with axle 2 with vertical disks 3 mounted on the axle 2. Along the periphery of vertical disks 3, springs 4 connecting vertical disks 3 are mounted axially at an equal distance from axle and uniformly along the circumference. The outer edge of springs 4 is made flush with the edge of vertical disks 3. Additional springs 6 are installed inside springs 4 and adapted for rotation on bushings 5. Bushings 5 are installed in vertical disks 3 and are equipped with sprockets 7 installed outside vertical disk 3, which are engaged with a coaxially mounted sprocket 8 fixedly on frame 1. The distance between the inner surface of springs 4 and the outer surface of additional springs 6 does not exceed half the size of the soil lumps specified by agrotechnical requirements.
EFFECT: improved quality of soil compaction and crumbling of soil clods.
