SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a manual stamp having a base side or an imprint side in the lower part. Manual stamp (1) with a body (2) in which a stamping element is fixed (3), connected to an actuator element (8) that is movable relative to the housing (2), wherein the actuator element (8) contains a locking element (10, 10') to limit the movement of the actuator element (8) relative to the housing (2), wherein the locking element (10, 10') is designed as a balancing element (10a) on the swing axis (14), and a method for releasing the locked position of the manual stamp (1), wherein the actuator element (8) contains a recess (22) for receiving the balancing element (10a), wherein the swing axis (14) is located in the recess (22), and the actuator (8) contains a support post (23) in the recess (22), and the support post (23) is located parallel to the swing axis (14).
EFFECT: creating a simple and reliable locking mechanism.
