FIELD: processing of solid organic waste.

SUBSTANCE: devices for thermal processing of solid organic waste, including municipal waste. Invention can be used in the national economic complex for recycling and destruction of waste. The installation for thermal decomposition of partially prepared solid organic waste contains a combustion chamber with a lined casing, inside of which there is a cylindrical pyrolysis chamber with a pyrolysis gas selection unit for supplying it to an external consumer and to the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is equipped with a pipe for removing combustion products through a heat exchanger-air heater. The lined body is made in the shape of a parallelepiped; three pyrolysis chambers are additionally installed in the working space of the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is additionally equipped with a second pipe for removing combustion products through a second heat exchanger-air heater. Each pyrolysis chamber is connected through a sluice gate to a drying chamber with slotted holes placed above it outside the lined body, the drying chamber is connected through the sluice gate to the storage device of the loading device, the gas burner is located in the centre of the arch of the lined body, the burner flame torch is oriented downward parallel to the axes of the pyrolysis chambers. In the lined casing, vertical combustion partitions are installed at two opposite walls to organize the movement of combustion products to the corresponding branch pipe for discharging combustion products into the corresponding heat exchanger-air preheater. Each heat exchanger-air heater is connected by heated air ducts to two drying chambers. Each drying chamber is connected to a gas burner with a pipe for removing the gas mixture through a condensate drain.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of thermal processing of solid organic waste to produce combustible gas.
