FIELD: consuming waste by combustion.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing waste, charging waste into the well, heating waste in the plasma jets in the oxidizing environment permitting the gases to circulate in the pressure-tight space, discharging and cleaning the melt of slag, metal, and gas, and returning a portion of the gases to the reaction space. The prepared waste is compressed, the extracted liquid phase is neutralized, and the solid product is supplied for drying. The dried product enters the well furnace periodically. When the charging of the furnace is completed, the product is thickened and heated with plasma jets. During the thickening, the initial level of the products in the reaction space of the furnace drops with a rate proportional to the rate of gasification. The pyrolysis gas produced is discharged from the top section of the well furnace by means of the pressure generated by plasma generator, is by-passed through the gas cleaning system, collected in the receiver, and directed to extracting heat and chemical energy. The heat agent for the plasma generators is a cleaned compressed gas after additional drying and water. The remanding waste in the well furnace is compressed and melt by means of plasma jet, which is followed by the discharging the metal and slag from the well furnace.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
