FIELD: polymer industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing elastomeric composite materials based on hydrocarbon rubbers, aluminosilicate fillers and coupling agents has been proposed, characterized in that the aluminosilicate fillers, before being introduced into the rubber mixture, are treated with an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium hydroxide at an alkali/kaolin mass ratio of 0.4 to 1.4, after which the fillers are washed with water, dried and introduced into the rubber mixture, which is subjected to vulcanization.
EFFECT: increase in the strength of elastomeric composite materials based on hydrocarbon rubbers containing aluminosilicate fillers, vulcanizing systems, other targeted additives and combination agents.
