FIELD: chemical and rubber industry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is dealt with qualitative and quantitative composition of composite materials used for compatibility of comminuted rubber granulated materials, produced from comminuting rubber scrap, with other ingredients of similar rubber blends, which are intended for shaping new industrial rubber goods. The composite material for compatibility of comminuted rubber granulated materials with ingredients of rubber blends contains at least one fit for a vulcanization rubber-like ingredient and at least one low-molecular additive fit for vulcanization. As a rubber-like ingredient they use at least one liquid at indoor temperature oligocopolymer selected from the group composed of oligocopolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile and epoxidated oligocopolymer of butadiene and piperylene. As the low molecular additive they use at least one ester selected from the group composed of tri(oxyethylene)-α,ω-dimethacrylate, trimethacrylate of triethanolamine, -α,ω- dimethacrylate- (bisdiethylglycol)phthalate, -α,ω- dimethacrylate-(bisdiethyleneglycol)phthalate, oligourethane acrylate, which is produced by interacting bischlorocarbonic ethers bisphenols and 2-phenylaminoethylmethacrylate. The indicated ingredients of the composition material are taken in the following ratio mas%: oligocopolymer 15- 50, ester 50-85. EFFECT: The composite material allows to expand consumption of surface-activated comminuted rubber granulated materials in production of large-capacity industrial rubber goods with due observance of the most rigid modern requirements to sanitary and an ecological security and to increase a share of the comminuted rubber granulated materials in mass of such goods over 50 %. 5 cl, 2 tbl, 15 ex
