SUBSTANCE: used during hirudotherapy to correct age-related changes in facial skin. The method includes placing leeches on the face and applying a cosmetic mask made from the autologous blood of post-placed leeches to the face. The placement of leeches is carried out in accordance with Figure 1 on the first, second and third points of the forehead, superciliary points, end points of the eyebrows, temporal points, first pillow points, first and third points of the face oval, interbrow points, points of the nasolabial fold, second pillow points, points of the chin line, the first points of the facial oval. After detachment, the suction sites of leeches are treated with hemostatic agents. To prepare a cosmetic mask to the autologous blood of post-placed leeches, acting as organic substances, add plant components, which are wheat germ oil, peach kernel oil and lemon essential oil in the following ratio of components, vol.%: autologous blood of post-placed leeches 90.9-97, 0; wheat germ oil 1.0-4.5; peach seed oil 1.0-4.5; lemon essential oil 0.1-1.0.

EFFECT: reduction in age-related changes in the facial skin due to the enhanced effect of hirudotherapy and a cosmetic mask, reduction of the risk of the formation of post-placed marks at the points of suction of leeches, and increasing the duration of the procedure to 6 months.
