SUBSTANCE: before applying leeches, the patient is given an intramuscular injection to relieve pain and reduce the allergic reaction to the saliva of leeches and the post-removal reaction of the body. Next, the leeches are applied at the first stage on points in the nuchal region, the region of the spinal column, the suprascapular region, the region of the humeral process, the scapular region, the interscapular region, the subscapular region, the lumbar region, the lateral lumbar region, and the sacral region. After the leeches are saturated, they are removed; after their removal, the sites of suction of leeches are treated with hemostatic agents by applying them to the sites of suction of leeches for 12 hours. At the second stage, an injection is given intramuscularly to relieve pain and prevent a post-removal reaction. Leeches are applied on points in the anterior neck area, sternum area, upper abdominal area, umbilical area, pubic area, lateral neck area, clavicular area, deltoid area, subclavian area, sternum area, lateral chest area, area under the sternum, subcostal area, lateral abdominal area. After the leeches are saturated, they are removed; after their removal, the sites of suction of leeches are treated with hemostatic agents by applying them to the sites of suction of leeches for 12 hours. At the third stage, conditions for sleep are created for 20–21 hours and food is provided, including water and fresh cucumbers.

EFFECT: invention provides hirudotherapy for improving the skin health status of the human body and the body to compensate for age-related changes.
