The quantum communication device contains a sender unit, including a coherent radiation source (1), a fiber optical insulator (2), a phase modulator (3), a tunable fiber optical attenuator (4), a passive fiber optical attenuator (5), a fiber optical insulator (6), a single-mode optical fiber wound on a coil with a radius of 12 mm (7), and a receiver unit containing a single-mode optical fiber wound on a coil with a radius of 12 mm (9), a phase modulator (10), a fiber spectral filter (11).

EFFECT: immunity of the quantum communication device to optical probing of modulators with long-wave radiation due to the fact that the device contains a passive element - fiber winding, which attenuates radiation in the wavelength range 1800-2100 nm by at least 50 dB.
