FIELD: cooling systems of power plants.
SUBSTANCE: device for ensuring the operability of the power plant of a military tracked vehicle contains a power plant (1) and a tachogenerator (2) mechanically connected to it. Through the cylindrical gears (4) of the input gearbox (3), the power unit (1) is connected to the pump wheel (7) of the fluid coupling (14). The turbine wheel (8) of the fluid coupling (14) is connected to the fan (11) through cardan gears (13) and a bevel gearbox (12). The electric valve (5) of the oil line of the fluid coupling (14) is connected to the control unit (6). The device has cylinders, a filter, and a pressure gauge. The basket (10) with radiators is attached to the roof. The roof has upper pillars with a protective radiator grille and lower racks. In the lower racks, a circuit formed from pipelines is installed and secured with strips, in the upper part of which nozzles (21) are installed at an angle. The nozzles have a transverse vertical cut, the lower end of which is located above the lower end of the upper rack. The circuit formed by the pipelines is connected to cylinders, a filter, a pressure gauge and an air line with an air valve. The air line with the electro-pneumatic valve is connected to the control unit (6). The control unit (6) is connected to the tachogenerator (2), the on-board network and the pressure indicator (9) installed on the radiator basket (10).
EFFECT: ensuring the operability of the power plant by automatically determining the need to clean the surface of the protective radiator grille and its rapid remote cleaning in automatic or manual mode.
