SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when processing securities to bring them into an unserviceable state in order to prevent theft. The marking paint contains rhodamine B, rhodamine G, alcohol-soluble nigrosine, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and distilled water.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the durability of the marking paint, its resistance to solvents and chemicals, as well as its permeability into the securities material.
