SUBSTANCE: equipment for non-destructive express diagnostics and control of the structure and mechanical properties of ferromagnetic metal alloys in terms of identifying changes in the structure of the metal as a result of its aging. The invention is based on the consistent use of the electromagnetic method of measuring Barkhausen noise, identifying the spectral components of Barkhausen noise and determining their relationship with the structure and mechanical properties of metal alloys.
EFFECT: ensuring high reliability of control, as well as obtaining maximum information about the properties of the metal structure, including its mechanical characteristics - tensile strength, fluidity, etc.
