FIELD: well construction.

SUBSTANCE: intended for equipping the bottom of the casing in order to direct it along the wellbore with the possibility of working out unstable sections of the wellbore with areas of rock shedding and collapse and further drilling with a drilling tool after cementing. The hydraulic working base plate according to the first embodiment contains an adapter, an additional adapter with a bursting safety membrane, connected to the stator housing. The stator housing is connected to the spindle body on which the stators are fixed. The rotors are fixed on the stator shaft using an upper support. The rotor shaft is articulated by means of a spindle shaft with a drilling head. The ratchet mechanism is located between the spindle body and the stator shaft. The lower support is located between the spindle shaft and the spindle body. Stators and rotors form a package of drillable turbines located on the stator shaft, configured to transmit rotation to the drilling head. The drilling head is equipped with at least one reinforced blade and is designed to rotate to the right side. The drilling head contains at least one through hole. The spindle body, lower support and spindle shaft form a spindle section made full bore and including a ratchet mechanism designed to prevent rotation of the drilling head when the column rotates. A package of turbines to be drilled with a stator shaft form a working section, and the upper support is made with internal cavities and is placed above the working section.

EFFECT: improving the reliability and efficiency of the hydraulic working base plate, as well as reducing the drilling time of the base plate and eliminates the risk of clogging the working section and loss of circulation when cementing the column.
