SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to the designs of propellers of rotary-wing aircraft. The torsion bar (7) working in tension and torsion as part of the rotorcraft propeller head (3) contains, in the direction of the longitudinal axis, a first peripheral region (700) with a connecting eye (70), a central part (71) and a second peripheral region (720) with connecting eye (72). The torsion bar (7), which works in tension and torsion, is made of a plurality of connected layers and has an overall asymmetrical shape relative to the transverse axis due to two peripheral regions of unequal shape, which cannot be aligned when folded around the transverse axis.
EFFECT: defect-free manufacturing and installation of the torsion bar is ensured, resulting in easier maintenance.
