FIELD: hydraulic elevators.
SUBSTANCE: jet devices designed for pumping contaminated media, in particular for removing sludge and large particles ranging in size from 0.5 to 20 mm. The slurry hydraulic elevator contains a nozzle (1) coaxially attached to the discharge pipe (2), a receiving chamber (3), according to the invention, the receiving chamber (3) is made open, and its length K is K = 2·dc (1); where K is the length of the receiving chamber, mm; dc is the diameter of the nozzle outlet diameter, mm, and is set based on the dimensions of the inlet diameter d1 and the outlet diameter dc of the nozzle (1), which correspond to the following ratio dc/d1 = 0.2÷0.33, and the size of the outlet diameter of the nozzle (1) dc is 10÷50 mm and the inlet diameter of the nozzle (1) d1 is 50÷ 150 mm, and the length l2 of the nozzle (1) and the length l4 of the discharge pipe (2) correspond to the following ratio l2/l4 =0.09÷0.013, and the size of the length l2 of the nozzle (1) is 70÷208 mm and length l4 of the discharge pipe (2) is 650÷2100 mm. This ensures an increase in the service life and efficiency of the slurry hydraulic elevator; it can be used in emergency situations and for hydraulic removal of secondary dust.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency and simplifying the design.
