FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gases cleaning of dust and chemical admixtures. Venturi scrubber includes confusor, manhole, diffuser, reflux system, knockout drum. In the confusor the reflux device is installed, it comprises water pipelines, made in form two mutually perpendicular sections, one section is installed axisymmetric to the confusor, and at its end looking towards manhole the reflux system atomizer is installed. At that input hole with diameter d₁ of the confusor and output hole with diameter d₃ of the diffuser are connected respectively with supply and outflow pipelines. The diffuser output connected with outflow pipeline is tangentially connected with bottom part of the cylindrical casing of the straight-flow cyclone acting as knockout drum. Axes of the diffuser and cyclone casing are mutually perpendicular, at that bottom part of the cyclone casing is connected with the cone silo for sludge removal, and top part is connected with the cone chamber to remove the cleaned gas. Atomizer of the reflux system contains casing with union rigidly connected with the casing, and coaxially located in top part of the casing, having cylindrical hole for liquid supply connected with the diffuser axisymmetric with casing and union. To the casing in its bottom part by means of at least three spokes the sprayer is connected, it is located perpendicularly to the casing axis, and is made in form of the perforated disk. On spokes the propeller type elements are installed.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of gases cleaning of dust and chemical admixtures.
